Cooked Right Before Your Eyes

Here’s the kicker. Everything at the Oyster Bar is cooked to order right in front of your very eyes. All you have to do is pick your spiciness level (1-10) and watch our chef go to town. We wish we could spend more time singing the praises of the Oyster Bar at Palace Station, but we need to head out and get in line ourselves. Oh, and if you get a hankering during the wee hours don’t worry, but be sure to head straight here. We’re one of the only seafood restaurants in Las Vegas that’s open around the clock!

We suggest starting with Little Neck clams, steamed to absolute perfection, followed up with a bowl our world-famous Ciopinno, featuring snow crab, clams, shrimp, scallops, squid, mussels and fish served up in a hearty stew. Or, if spice is your thing, don’t miss our savory Creole gumbo, brimming with fresh seafood, okra and sausage, or our Bourbon Street Jambalaya, which is the definition of rich and flavorful.
