Offering an eclectic mix of Japanese and east Asian cuisine, Boathouse's signature menu items from the Graton Casino-based restaurant include the Salt and Cracked Pepper Crab (whole crab with salt and pepper), Ginger Lobster (whole lobster with ginger and onion sauce) and Black Bean Basil Clams (Manila clams, tossed with green onions, ginger, jalapeños), and much more.
